筒」的作品。它的故事相當複雜，大意是敘述土耳其的水手們經過風暴來到南美洲，歷經了火山爆發,太陽節等他們前所未見的景色與節慶，最後，來到亞馬遜河流
域的兩名男主角愛上同一個印地安姑娘齊瑪，但是齊瑪卻選擇自己部落的男子。男主角與齊瑪的部落和解，劇末是一景又一景充滿喜慶的詠嘆調與芭蕾。
For
the launch of its DVD collection, Alpha joined forces with Christophe
Roussets Les Talens Lyriques in releasing Jean-Philippe Rameaus
opera-ballet Les Indes galantes, his most famous work, here performed
in its 1750 Toulouse version. Particularly rich on both a musical level
and in atmosphere, scrutinizing love in far-off lands (Turkey, Peru,
Persia and America), the opera responds to the infatuation with
exoticism that tinged all the arts of the century. Rameaus dance music
is always quite suggestive, evocative of a movement or a pictorial
atmosphere. Laura Scozzi brings to the stage her contemporary vision of
these countries and travels. Filmed at the Bordeaux National Opera,
this production, marking the 2014 Rameau celebrations, was unanimously
